Many changes occur during the the course of time regarding languages. As time change, need for language use also changes. Being in the education business, educators looks for ways to assist students in learning. Acquiring language remains the barrier between success and non-success in the academic and non-academic areas.

  1. I agree. As educators we must remain flexible and open to teaching new strategies that will be able to reach our students most effectively.I find it most rewarding for myself and for my students when I deliver lesson plans that are relevant to their target age. Most of the time, they are having so much fun the students don't even realize that learning is taking place.

  2. I agree also teachers must go with the times and must be open to change. I do this in my classroom by taking things that they know like chatting and tv shows that they watch in my lecture when I present a lesson. This helps student relate to my lesson better.
