Prefer knowledge to wealth, for the one is transitory, the other perpetual.

The quotation by Socrates wants us to focus on knowledge because everybody could be wealthy but not everybody could be knowledgeable. In the long run if you are wealthy and doesn't have the knowledge to take care of your wealth then soon enough you'll run out of wealth.

  1. That is true. Also, some people may consider knowledge as their most valuable wealth. Knowledge is power and can definitely contribute to attaining wealth. :)

Knowledge is an intangible asset. Possessing a wealth of knowledge is only useful, however, if we are able to effectively retain and correctly apply what we've learned. Our course motto "Learning is ongoing," is quite poignant because it reminds us that every opportunity presents itself as a learning experience. The act of learning is a process that requires an inquisitive mind. Therefore, we must always remain curious.

  3. We need that knowledge to deal with our diverse learners. We are wealth on our different kinds of learners;however, we need the knowledge to deal with them. You will be stand out strong if you have both the knowledge and wealth together.
